Stephen Hope is a former soldier with the elite Light Infantry (now the rifles). Whilst serving in this demanding role he developed a passion for physical training.
After leaving the army he completed the diploma in personal training and sports therapy from premier training.
Later on he was introduced to kettlebell training and was instantly amazed at the benefits of the kettlebell.
Kettlebells became a central part of his own training,and he qualified as a kettlebell instructor,then as an advanced/triplanar kettlebell instructor.
Whilst training in the USA he was shown the benefits of combining kettlebells with bodyweight exercises and quigong to achieve an amazing workout in very little time.
He believes in an holistic approach to training,using natural movements and correct nutrition for great results.
Above all, he believes that training should be safe and
LOTS OF FUN.
He is a keen trainer, kettlebell trainer, runner and martial artist who wants to help others to live a healthy active lifestyle.
